Rework Service

The System Rework solves the issues which were identified and prioritized during the System Audit. The changes are applied either by the existent team, by external specialists, by the analyst or in collaboration of all.

A System Rework can be applied to any system with public visible resources (e.g. Open Source Project), whilst altering directly its behavior. The identified order in which the changes are applied is one of the most important parts of the analyst's work.

The System Rework phase depends on the acceptance of the existent team members. This can become difficult, because the previous Audit Phase has detected several system weaknesses (not all system participants treat criticism like engineers).

The project lead should ensure a free terrain for the executing analyst.
