General Validity Results
Working results like tool evaluations / extensions (see CASE Project) and language evaluations / extensions (see LANG Project) remain under the exclusive copyright of the analyst.
- Code results (like extension libraries for programming languages) are normally released under a liberal Open Source license (BSD, MIT).
- Documentation Results are normally released under an "attribution non-commercial share-alike Creative Commons license".
Non-Disclosure-Agreements
- Starting with the rate type "Joint Copyright", an NDA subjecting client internals can be executed.
- For Commercial Development, the typical NDA / IP agreements can be executed.
